Shipping Policy

What you receive.A task’s output is a pull request on your own GitHub repository, opened either by Koduo in the AI lane or by a developer in our marketplace in the developer lane. Nothing is dispatched, posted or couriered, and no shipping charges apply.

When you receive it. A pull request is delivered when it is opened on your repository, and GitHub notifies you. Delivery time varies with the task and the lane. If no pull request that resolves the task has been merged within forty-five (45) days of task creation, the refund window in our Cancellation and Refunds policy applies.
